But the owners Scott Mason, chef, and his wife, Anne, pastry chef, are up on the latest trends. There’s always a “slow cooked food of the day” entree: stuffed pork loin, short ribs or maybe house-cured corned beef with cabbage and boiled potatoes ($19.95 to $23.95). And the steak of the day might come with pomegranate sauce, gorgonzola butter or mushrooms ($25.95).</p>
